So far, you have learned about what cigarette smoking is doing to you and the people around you. You have learned how quitting will positively affect your health and the health of others around you. You have learned about the physical and psychological addiction and withdrawal symptoms and you have learned about the different stages of quitting and began to develop alternatives to the smoking triggers you may face in the future.

So how is all this information going to make you stop smoking? We are now going to tie everything together and start you on the road to creating your own personal stop smoking plan!

Everyone knows about the dangers of smoking cigarettes; the cancer, the heart disease, early death and all those other things. If you sit back and look at it as a non-smoker would, smoking is the most unintelligent, foolish things that a person could do. Wouldn't you agree? Yet the addiction to nicotine and the psychological addiction to smoking cause us to thoughtlessly ignore the dangers and continue smoking despite the fatal consequences to us and the people around us.

Do you want to stop smoking? If you are still debating on whether or not to quit, go back and read this ebook from the start again...then again...then again and again until you realize that not only should you stop smoking, you should stop smoking AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
